My son and a bunch of his friends are Minecraft fanatics. I can understand the thrill behind building things, but the pixelation look still drives me nuts. Not sure if 0x10c will replace Minecraft, but it sure looks slicker now based on the sample images (but oddly the article contemplates using the pixelization of Minecraft). We’ll see…

My son was crazy for the game for about a year, but doesn’t play it nearly as much anymore. I was also annoyed by the low-res look of the game. It reminded me of some DOS games I used to play.
