Genre-TV
I haven't seen Big Bang Theory as yet, but will on your reco.
Heroes, I've essentially lost interest in. Though this largely due to that I keep missing eps. If they run a catchup marathon, I'll likely be back in.
Still heavily enjoy both Fringe and Terminator: TSCC - the former has come into its own (distinguishing itself from the X-Files) save to the extent that it too has become must-see-genre-tv at TAG-HQ, while the latter has in my view the single best (current) genre atmosphere on television.
It's getting very close to capturing the same end-of-times meets melancholia that the original Terminator movie wafted so well; so if you enjoyed the roadmosphere of the original, I'd reco the series. Imo Terminator will likely need hardcore genre support because it's so true to its own vision with no pandering to the mainstream that I can detect, so much so that I'm not sure how it can survive.
'owever, the original Terminator did manage to strike a chord with the masses too, so perhaps I'm worred about nothing.
Otherwise, I've recently started tuning in to Chuck and find it to be a lot of fun. I find it to be an amiable feel-good genre series. It's like watching little Jimmy Fallon (or a clone of, live the life of a secret agent -Ed) it just makes you smile. Sometimes, that's just what your day needs. I find.
