I never knew that there was a Quintet give-away game that they gave to movegoers. Cool idea though.  I actually don't recall any movies having give-away gadgets.

Does anyone know of any other examples? I know that the Japanese used to give movie programs for movie audiences. Any these were nice slick color bound paper mini mags. I've got 2 from two of the Planet of the Apes movies. (Wish I could read them though. ).

This may actually be a great idea for studios trying to differentiate their product from pirated versions. Collectors may want to fork over to get the big screen experience AND a collectible toy. Seems to work for McDonalds and their 'Happy meals'.
