Apparently, a Battlestar Galactica’ reboot is on the way for NBCU’s Peacock Streaming Service. Will it be in the tradition of the last reboot, or the original? Stay tuned. https://t.co/rBOWuTcXya

Do you agree with these reasons why ‘Battlestar Galactica’ is still the greatest #sciifi #TV show of all time? https://t.co/1RAl0PoEiF

Look back at the near-perfect pilot episode of Battlestar Galactica 10 years later. http://t.co/6WgT7A6N6V

The series has an unsatisfying ending, but the rest of the ride is well worth it.

Does the world need another Battlestar Galactica reboot, even if it is a movie? Lightning doesn't strike twice. http://t.co/ISuP5gJPFv

Hard to believe that Battlestar Galactica is marking its 10th anniversary. The show seems more relevant than ever. http://ow.ly/s3Vs6

The cast was at the Montreal Comic-Con this year, but their autograghed photo at over $100 was too much for me.
(BTW: I finally got my account here fixed up again, so I’m back!)

Good to see you back. I hope all is well with you.
$100 is a lot of money, but since most of these folks charge around $20 per signature, it would probably cost you more if you were to get individual signatures from everyone.
I don’t like having to pay for autographs, but I understand their motivation. I instead prefer to collect signed books from different authors. First editions of famous writers can get expensive, but if you only care about the signature you can get affordable items if you don’t mind book club editions, 10th printings or lesser known titles.
Going that route, I’ve obtained signed editions from people like Isaac Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke and Frank Herbert. Of course, I have no real way of knowing whether or not the signatures are legit or fakes.

Welcome back Thoth!
While I understand some celebrities charging for auto graphs at cons, it’s the sometimes ludicrous prices that get me. While I have been tempted on occasion, I have never actually plunked down for a sig. There are a few (very few) that I would seriously consider, but even then it would depend on the price. Thankfully SF authors and Comic artists/writers don’t charge (with a few exceptions). In most cases if they have something to sell on their table I often end up getting something from them as thank you anyhow.

As big a fan I am of #BSG, I just can’t get excited about the webisodes and one-off Blood and Chrome pilot. http://t.co/PRNz22AY

Sounds like SyFy has nixed Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome as a series, but may deliver it online instead. http://t.co/Orurg76z

Were you disappointed by the ending of #BSG? You’re not alone. This long essay explains why it was so bad. http://t.co/gCaHID7h

Is a BSG theatrical movie even necessary? I thought they wrapped it up nicely with the latest TV incarnation. http://t.co/weXr233T
I had to stop watching after the first or second season but now have all the DVDs except season 3. As soon as I can get that (preferably on DVD so I can have a complete set) it’s going back into my ‘exercise’ show queue. (Cycling through Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Season 3, Volume 2 at the moment.)
