    1. It is a worthy project, but the thing that bugs me about Kickstarter is that it is basically recruiting a bunch of people to invest in an endeavour, but you never see your money again. In essence, it’s charity, not an investment.

      If you kick in a substantial amount, you might get something, like a t-shirt or an autograph, but if the venture becomes profitable, you don’t get any share in the profits.

      Admittedly, $10, $20 or even $1,000 is not a huge amount of money in the overall funding of such a project, but it would be nice to generate a profit from your contribution, no matter how small.

      As for good scifi on TV, I’m at the point where I’m just trying to catch up on all of the good, old scifi on TV that I missed over the years. I’m kind of the same way with books.
