1. Hmmm. Not so fast. It’s a “relaunch prelaunch” that still needs funding. They’re talking about KickStarter/IndieGogo and other things like it: http://asmblog.amazingstoriesmag.com/?page_id=1130
   I also noticed that they are listing it as Vol 0, Nunder 1. Wouldn’t that be Vol 2 (3? 4?).
