1. Weird. Goodreads provides a breakdown on how people classify the books so you can see how many categories it ‘hits’. I figured that a few people put it as SF which (along with the general high rating for the book) might have explained the anomaly. But when you check out the categories for the book (http://www.goodreads.com/work/shelves/859111.The_Bourne_Identity) nobody seems to have done so. This may be a real bug in the ‘most popular’ list generator by genre.

2. Wonder if it was the movie popularity that pushed it there. Beyond the super soldier background, everything else in that story is political and spy story
