Love this huge, free NASA library of space sounds. http://t.co/KE9Tl9r14Y
You might like these:
- Love him or hate him, there’s no denying J.J. Abrams has been a huge influence on today’s #scifi TVs and movies. http://ow.ly/59jZ2
- Space tourist Richard Garriott supposedly made a #scifi film while he was on the space station. Sounds forgettable. http://t.co/ngKyWL8F
- Have you visited NASA’s Space Food Hall of Fame yet? http://t.co/1XSjJ2dRsW
- NASA is conducting autopsies on its space shuttles before retiring them to museums. http://t.co/JJtnXJv8
- NASA or MOMA? Is it art or a photo from a space probe? Pretty easy to tell the difference, if you ask me. http://t.co/r2GpbRMXbm
Not bad, but the link on that page to the NASA mini-archive is all I really need (www.nasa.gov/connect/sounds/index.html). The page you linked is missing the creme-de-la-creme of soundbits, the Saturn-V liftoff. I’ve used that soundbite on one of my own vids. There is even a rocketry podcast where the made a specific special short podcast with just the Saturn-V launch.
